Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Custom or made-to-order items may take longer; details will be provided at checkout.
• Shipping Methods: We use trusted carriers to ensure your items arrive safely.
Shipping options and costs will be displayed during checkout.
• Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location.
UK orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, Due to new GDPR restrictions I will not be shipping to the EU or Northern Ireland from the 12.12.24.
 
Returns:
• Eligibility: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
• Exclusions: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact me at hcillustration@yahoo.com with your order details.
• Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Damages or Issues If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me immediately with photos of the item and packaging so I can resolve the issue.
