Shipping & Returns
Currently, All prints and cards are made to order, and we strive to ship within 7 days.
We try to keep our shipping costs down as much as possible but due to the fragile nature of some of our items, we always insist on adding insurance and tracking where possible, which does come at a higher fee. We hope you appreciate that we only charge what the actual shipping costs, and do not add on any premiums.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
We want you to be in love with your purchase, and if you are not entirely happy then we are here to help!
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and returned to us, at the customer's expense. Please contact us at or use the form below, we'll advise on the return.
