Backstock is carried within the studio but we only hold a minimul amount so orders can take up to 7 days to ship, but I do strive to get your order ready, processed and shipped within 3 days, big orders may vary. I do not take responsibility for an order being late due to a courier or postal service, once your item is marked as shipped then it is down to the transport service if anything is late or damaged during transit.

We try to keep our shipping costs down as much as possible but due to the fragile nature of some of our items, we always insist on adding insurance and tracking where possible, which does come at a higher fee. We hope you appreciate that we only charge what the actual shipping costs, and do not add on any premiums.

Order Tracking:

Everything is Tracked. Please contact me for your tracking.

Back Orders:

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

I do not offically offer refunds BUT if you are unhappy or disatisfied with your order, or it has arrived damaged, please get in contact with me at hcillustration@yahoo.com and I'm sure we can sort something out.
